Offering a variety of classes from traditional Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa Flow Yoga and Pilates to fusion style classes there is something for everyone!
Is this the season that you have set as one of your goals to take some time for you and begin your journey towards good health and happiness? Why not try a Pilates class to strengthen your core, a YOGA class to rejuvenate the body and mind, a total body workout to build strength and balance, incorporating the BOSU Balance trainer and/or stability ball or a fusion style class, such as PiYo LIVE. Don’t let the low impact workouts fool you as you will surely work-up a sweat and burn calories while lengthening and stretching tight muscles and challenging balance.

Although we are working hard there are plenty of smiles, laughs and stories to share that find their way into our workouts. With yoga mats, blocks, bands and balls we work to tone it all!
Don’t worry if you’ve never taken a Pilates or yoga class or a group exercise class before–we all start somewhere! Why not come, bring a friend or make some new ones? We arrive, smiles on our faces,
Gather toys and take our places.
Gentle stretches; this is a breeze.
