Happy Spring!!! Are you ready to invest in yourself and your health and well-being?  We are here to help and excited to be a part of your fitness and wellness program.

The Tuesday 5:30pm -6:45pm class is now going to be PIYO Strength with Heidi. Looking for a little slower pace, we also offer a 7pm – 8:15pm Yoga class good for beginners and advanced beginners on Tuesday evenings. Spring classes will explore yoga’s classic core strength building poses along with those that are deeply relaxing and restorative. In addition to the Tuesday evening yoga class we also offer a beginner/advanced beginner Yoga class on both Monday and Thursday evenings. Both classes will begin at 6:45pm.   With the later time slot these classes will help to bring relaxation, restoration and calming from the day and week before it with asanas (poses) held a little longer to settle the body and mind.

As we started with a little March madness the Total Body workout classes on Wednesdays at 4:45pm – 6:00pm and on Friday mornings 8am-9am are now circuit style!!! Come join the fun as you are introduced to various strength, balance, and cardio exercises including using the BOSU balance trainer to really work the core.

Is this the season that you have set as one of your goals to take some time for you and begin your journey towards good health and happiness? Why not try a Pilates class to strengthen your core, a YOGA class to rejuvenate the body and mind,  a total body workout to build strength and balance, or a Fusion style class, such as Balletone’s Sole Synthesis, Standing Flow or PIYO. Don’t let the low impact workouts fool you as you will surely work-up a sweat and burn calories while lengthening and stretching tight muscles and challenging balance.

With yoga mats, blocks, bands and balls we work to tone it all !

studio windowDon’t worry if you’ve never taken a Pilates or yoga class or a group exercise class before–we all start somewhere! Why not come, bring a friend or make some new ones? Visit the studio and give a class a try. Remember First Class is FREE !!! What have you got to loose? Classes are small so individual attention and instruction is easily provided.

If you’re new to the Pilates method of body conditioning, it is a unique system of stretching and strengthening exercises developed over 90 years ago by Joseph Pilates. It strengthens and tones muscles, improves posture, provides flexibility and balance to connect and condition the whole being–body and mind–and create a more streamlined shape.  All classes incorporate barefoot training from Pilates to PIYO, Total Body Workouts and Balletone: Sole Synthesis and Standing Flow, to the Yoga classes we stretch our toes and stretch our minds and strengthen our bodies and spirits.
