Offering a variety of classes from traditional Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa Flow Yoga and Pilates to fusion style classes there is something for everyone!

Although we are working hard there are plenty of smiles, laughs and stories to share that find their way into our workouts. With yoga mats, blocks, bands and balls we work to tone it all!
Don’t worry if you’ve never taken a Pilates or yoga class or a group exercise class before–we all start somewhere! Why not come, bring a friend or make some new ones?
